Dear users:
If your B9 credit card is linked to merchant service subscriptions (such as Apple Music, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Amazon, Lazhada, GoDaddy, Office, etc.), please note that you cannot cancel the subscription directly through the B9 App. You need to go to the official account management page of each merchant and manually cancel the subscription according to their provided process. Below are the basic guidelines for canceling a subscription:
Unsubscribe steps :
1. Confirm Subscribing Merchant
Please log in to your credit card account, view your transaction history, and confirm the linked subscription services and corresponding merchant names.
2. Visit the merchant's official website or application.
Depending on the merchant you subscribed to, log in to their official website or mobile application using the account information (email, mobile number, etc.) you linked during registration.
3. Locate the subscription management entry point.
In the merchant account settings, find options such as "Subscription Management," "Payment Settings," or "Account and Payments." The names of these options may vary slightly depending on the merchant.
4. Unsubscribe
On the subscription management page, find the subscription service linked to your credit card, click "Cancel Subscription" or a similar option, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
5. Verify the cancellation result
After successful cancellation, we recommend that you keep the cancellation confirmation email or screenshot and check your bill in the next billing cycle to ensure that the subscription fee will not be charged again.
Precautions:
- Avoid linking multiple accounts to the same card on the same platform.
To avoid management confusion or duplicate charges, please do not use the same card to link multiple accounts on the same subscription platform (such as Apple Music, Amazon, etc.). If you have already linked multiple accounts, please log in to each one to check and cancel any unnecessary subscriptions.
- Cancel in advance to avoid being charged
Some subscription services may renew automatically on a periodic basis. It is recommended to cancel the subscription before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Multiple failed payments may result in your card being locked.
If multiple payment attempts for a subscription service fail, it may trigger the card's security mechanism, resulting in the card being temporarily locked. To avoid affecting normal use, please cancel unnecessary subscriptions or ensure your account has sufficient funds.
